Manufacturing
We build new homes in both single chassis and doubles up to 28 feet wide. All of our construction processes comply at least with BS 3632:2005
We pride ourselves on the quality and durability of our work. Our metal chassis are reinforced to withstand the pressures of manufacture,transport and siting. The floors are made from ¾ " plywood screwed to a treated 4"x2" framework.
Walls are 3"x2" cls studding clad in 9mm plywood excepting bathrooms , kitchens and utilities, where 18mm (3/4") is used to accept tiling and fixings etc.
Roofs are constructed from the same cls timber and are additionally strapped down to exterior walls (as is essential in housebuilding)
